We provide high level unique classes in a small friendly environment.
You can expect to be pushed to your limits in a safe environment with a great team culture and positive vibe.
Classes are unlimited for all of our members and free trial newbies.

If you are member you can book here, If not we use an online booking portal to book our class’s ensuring high level classes.

Classes vary, depending on the class but are from 30-45 minutes in length.
All classes have regressions so anyone is welcome to any of our fantastic classes regardless of your level of fitness.

Our online booking system will not enable you to proceed, don’t worry we have over 80 classes per week to choose from.

No it does not , you must be a registered nutritionist, dietcian to do so.

NYF does not take responsilbity for any belongings on the property we provide pigeon holes for you to use however.
